11:11 But ¹  after three and a half days a breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and tremendous fear seized ²  those who were watching them.

The Son of God Goes to War

19:11 Then ³  I saw heaven opened and here came ⁴  a white horse! The ⁵  one riding it was called “Faithful” and “True,” and with justice ⁶  he judges and goes to war.

[11:11]  ¹ tn Here καί (kai) has been translated as “but” to indicate the contrast present in this context.

[11:11]  ² tn Grk “fell upon.”

[19:11]  ³ tn Here καί (kai) has been translated as “then” to indicate the implied sequence within the narrative.

[19:11]  ⁴ tn The phrase “and here came” expresses the sense of καὶ ἰδού (kai idou).
